Firstly you need to find out worst location, where temperature will reach maximum there you can place data loggers for temperature mapping.
To find out worst location u can place data loggers near windows, doors etc…
Because of seasonal variations its better to do temperature mapping in Summer.

Temperature mapping should be performed in peak season i.e. summer+rainy season. June, July August is the peak season.
at least 5 data logger 4-cornesr and 1-centre.

As i have read this (In case of clean room how we actually found the location of sensor where we can install the sensor in clean room. If its about the worst case then

If the worst location we get under the machine ( In case of clean room ) then whats next.
