Please let me know the Microbiological method of analysis and maintenance medium for Cronobacter sakazakii.
If anybody is having some literature regarding the subject, please let me know.

Use Enterobacter sakazakii Agar for maintenance

For identification use EE broth which is then streaked onto VRBG agar and suspect colonies subcultured onto TSA agar where yellow-pigmented colonies need to be confirmed by oxidase test.
