How is cpk value calculated while preparing apr

cpk calculated for quality parameters by using formulae
For upper side limit (USL-mean)/3SD
Lo
For lower side limit (mean-LSL)/3SD
For two sided limit parameters calculate both results i.e ((USL-mean)/3SD; (mean-LSL)/3SD) and consider the minimum value as cpk
