if proper ratio of fine is not present then during die filling when grains enter into die without any fine then void spaces are not occupied so gaps remain and not properly compressed and capped

How is Fill cam related to overweight tablets ?
All punches pass over weight adjustment came to adjust weight.when dies pases under feeder fill came pull the lower punches downward and film dies with granules about 20% more grains r filles then punches pases over wt adjstment came which remove extra grains.wt adjustment cam come upward weight is reduced and when downward weight is increasd.upward and downwrd movement is controled by weight regulator nob.

What is importance of dust cups in tablet press ?
dust cups colect powder which may result in black spots to tablet.if not collected in dust cups it falls on turret and contaminate tablets

During compression hardness among the tablet isnāt equal. Why is the reason behind that & how to solve it?
due to weight variation and if punch movement is stucked.
Servo motors are used in advance machines to overcom this problem
Individual weight of tablet is within the pharmacopoeial guideline. No problem in the punch movement
Hardnes is not in the range?
It within the range but not uniform varies a lot. Shouldnāt it uniform for all the tablet?
for all tab it should be in rangeā¦
all tab have not same it have flucton of 3,4 points
if stanrd hardness is 15 and range is 10-20 adjustment should be such that tab should remain close to standrd
