As per ISO 8573, the proper testing procedure is not mention under part 4 of ISO 8573 for the testing of non viable particle count by using laser particle counter machine.
So how much volume of air is required for sampling, if we were using 100 LPM particle counter in both sterile/ OSD manufacturing areas??
if we are using 100LPM counter then we need to sample 10min to make 1000LPM sample volume. That eaquals to 1m3.
