sir can you plz tell the exact testing procedure and result calculation of swab analysis and its result calculation.that if we get have 5 ml solution in swab and we test 1 ml by pour plate method .and the area coverd is 25 cm2 and in plate we get 9cfu then how we will show or calculate the results .
