Cleaning of the compression machine should be done with the SOP procedure using purified water and cleaning agent for the product contact parts followed by drying and IPA sanitization.
Oils used should be food grade oil.

1.First of all other than food grade oil, it is not acceptable by any regulatory body and GMP practice.
2. patient safety is questionable.
