We are the API manufacture. I have to established validity period for cleaned equipment for re-use, we are using methanol as a cleaning solvent for cleaning of equipment & have no microbial testing facility.
I want valid period : one week, how I can justify the same base on only chemical testing ( our testing spec : previous residue should be NMT 10 ppm).
Cleaned equipment doesn’t have anything to test chemically and should be checked for microbial contamination.
you need to test microbiology parameters only in hold equipment.
