If the company does not have autoclaving capability; what would be the alternative to clean or sanitize stainless steel equipment. For example stainless steel viable air sampler head for Environmental monitoring. please explain step by step process and how often head needs to be cleaned.
At my previous company we autoclaved heads once a month; but heads were cleaned prior to each use with presoaked steriperox wipes.
