If the RMG chopper has changed due to some circumstances what test has to be performed. Is qualification of the chopper is necessary for such type ?

Dear,
If the shape and size of the chopper is identical and same (like to like) it will not have impact and should have the same RPM as stated above.
if different shape & size, it may have impact in wet granulation.(Risk assessment to be done)
in this case better to have comparative disso. profiling existing and old one.
