When we change API vendor, we will do validation at manufacturing stage & charge stability. Is there any requirement to do packing validation for the same?
Change in API will initiate validation at only manufacturing stage.
Packing validation is not needed, if done before.
Packing validation should be done with respect to change in basically primary packing material.
or change in pack sise, fill volume or any change in blister tooling.
