This is my first post in this community. Cheers !!!

I would be a great help if anyone can provide me following details regarding change control.

We are going to start change control review meetings. Therefore if anyone has the agenda and what to discuss in this kind of meetings.
As an example we need to discuss only highly impacted change controls. So what are the things that we want to discuss in this.

Agenda can be…

  1. No. Of initiated change control raised
  2. Action plan task completion status
  3. Monitoring actions and follow up action pending/closed
  4. No. Of change control closed
  5. No. Of change control open
  6. QRM/RA open close status
  7. Trending of change control department wise.
