Use the palltronic or sartorius integrity tester for integrity of air vent filter, set the recipe for that filter in integrity tester as specified in filter certificate. flush the filter with liquid as prescribed in filter certificate , normally we use IPA:Water in ration 60:40, connect the filter with integrity tester and perform water intrusion test. water flow rate (ml/minute) should be under acceptable limit to pass the filter.
