Can we manufacture non-penicillin beta lactam like Cephalosporins, Penems, carbacephems and monobactams in the same facility.
No it can not be done in same manufacturing facility.

Hi Zan,
Penicillin are sensitizing agents that triggers a hypersensitive exaggerated allergic immune response in some patients. a Very small dose, sometimes in traces as well is lethal to the patient hence non-penicillin and penicillin both cannot be produced in same facility.
