Bracketing standard calculation

hi,
i injected 6 samples with bracketing injections then again 6 samples with one more bracketing standard. my question is how to calculate samples by using bracketing standards.
Sequence is
5 STD injections
6 samples
1 STD injection
6 samples
1 STD injection
which average standard area used for 1st 6 samples and also for 2nd sample set.

If not mentioned in sop or moa ,take initial 5 std injections

Need to check SST Criteria with BKT std.and for calculation purpose u need to take 1st five replicates.
