For preparing BMR of two different batch size (100 kg and 80 kg) parallelly, what will be the revision history?
If the product is same then the revision history will be same. No need to prepare with different revision history. For Example, if there is X Finished product. Only one Specific analytical protocol will be there and same shall be used for the X product different batch sizes analysis.

I hope you are referring to the Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) of two batch sizes of one product. And NO batch analytical protocol.
Hence there will be two separate Master Batch documents (MBR), based on which you will prepare two BMRs of different batch sizes. Therefore, there should be two separate Revision History tables, one for each batch size.
