is it possible to take bioburden sample for autoclave after cleaning ,if possible how can i do it ,please explain it.
Bioburden test of autoclave after cleaning, I never heard about it.
If an auditor asks for it, you can take a swab sample from internal wall of the autoclave.
Absolutely right with chowdhary sir’statement I am specialized autoclave operator for microbiology and faced 300+ audits ,no one ask for Swab!
