i am aware of Top spray granulation in which Telmisartan usually is dispersed in water and povidone solution along with meglumine and sodium hydroxide.
and this is sprayed over mannitol powder bed.

Can you suggest binding agent for wet granulation method of telmisartan HCL.

povidone solution along with meglumine and sodium hydroxide is used for top spray. wet granulation in HSMG is not suitable for telmisartan.

Prepare binder of PVP in IPA.
Add in premix of following
Manitol
Avicel 101
Cross carmilose sodium.
