In master formula we must use avicel 101 but the production manger need to use avicel 102 due to its large particle size which increase compression ability
Is it acceptable or not and what is the brain reason for the acceptance or refuse?
if BMR formulation has 101 then surely 101 is to be used.

101 is used intragrnular bcz its fine 102 is preferred extragranular due to improved flow properties
