automizing pressure play a vital rule.it convert coating sol into fine mist of spray.by increasing pressure droplet size is decreased and by decreasing pressure droplet size is increased.

1.Also, the angle of projection of coating solution to the tablet bed varies as per atomization pressure…
2.Spray pattern also change with respect to pressure.
3. Usually the atomization pressure is kept between 2.5 to 4 kg/cm2.
