What is the minimum and maximum pressure of autoclave?

It depends on a lot of design inputs… even for type of sterilizer… it could be saturated steam, superheated water, mixture of air and steam… in could be water immersive, continuous sterilizers, it could have vaccuum pulses, etc.
My point is, this questions refers to a design specification that is usually established by the manufaturer so that the system meets you User Requirements Specifications (URS).
For example… if your URS is that the AC must use saturated steam, and have vaccuum pulses to get rid of air pockets and ensure steam penetration… then the manufacturer establishes the pressure needed to achieve that purpose (saturated steam and vaccuum pulses for air removal).
