Can Autocoater pan passivation solved the tablet black spot issue?? If so then what is the the details procedure??
Are you referring blackspots on the tablets due to abression of tablets with the surface of coating pan during coating?
Autocoater pan passivation is not the only solution to resolve the problem of black spots issue. There are other aspects also to be investigated to find out source of black spots on the tablets, such as quality of compressed air used, surrounding environment, coating spray guns mechanism and it’s cleaning procedure, other contact parts of coating pan.

Following may case tab abbresion in tab coater.
High pan speed, low spray rate and high temperature.
In above conditions film is not properly formed on tablets and tabs rub with pan surface result in roughness,may have spots,edge breakage etc
