Please give me the reference for the Ampoule leak test in Terminal steam sterillizer in inverted position, why we have to conduct leak test in inverted position?
Ampoules are leak tested for their integrity. in inverted position, the liquid is drained out easily after application of vacuum & dye enters after the vacuum break.
Means, this is blue dye test method where ampules are submerge in blue dye. Correct?
