what is the recommended height for placing Air sampler during Active Air sampling ??

Are you talking about placement inside the clean room or RABS/Isolator

Basically placement of the air sampler is based on risk assessment. product contact point (in case of equipment) and working area (600FL - 2100FL)

you can place it at working height below LAF i.e approx 1 meter.

for taking a sample from the inside isolator? what should be ideal

Height parallel to working station, at least 4 feet above the floor is acceptable.
