Air lock room-1 has to be more pressure than air lock room-2, to avoid outer atmospheric air entered into air lock room-1, otherwise which may lead to contamination.

The reason behind this is, air change per hour And air change per hour of air lock-1 is maximum than air lock-2.
this both statement are true.
