Generally it takes 2 days for the test of microbial limit in purified water. In fact we do the other test and comply it and allow to use for the formulation without knowing the microbial limit test.
Is there any problem doing so? What may be the alternative on it?
As you have a validated water system and based on the trend, and confidence we are manufacturing the batches, moreover the batches are released after complete testing as per FP testing meanwhile the water reports are ready, So if any objectionable quality attributes of purified water is observed the fate of the batches shall be accessed.
