My old AHU no. 3.3 is discontinue and we installed new AHU in place of 3.3 then my question is can i put New AHU number of old number 3.3 ??? as per change control procedure…

I think no because it will create a mess in documentation.

when any equipment is removed or replaced with other it is excluded from list of ID no by exclusion form and new equipment is added by inclusion form with new id.u can give it 3.3a or 3.3b etc but not the same no.
