If any document should be erase by dropping water or any substance on them or any document ruptures so what can we do any SOP for them can we fix the document by transperant cello tape or anything else??
I suggest the spoiled document should be rejected if it is not readable / legible and a “File note” should be generated to clarify the matter and be filed in place of the spoiled document. The spoiled document can be returned to QA per the document control system/SOP.
There has to be an SOP on “Document & data control” in QA to describe the procedure of generation of ‘controlled’ documents, their issue, distribution, revision, review, and return when it becomes obsolete. All quality and GMP documents must be archived securely in the defined archives.
