About before change control close can used equipment

Dear team,
If change control take for 4 equipment change but currently 3 equipment qualification done but still 1 nos equipment still not completed so can i use 3 equipment for operation???

So far i understand that the 4 equipment are individual equipment and having different function so whichever the qualified equipment can be used.

if all these 4 are one line equipment then all the equipment should be qualified before production use.
