Yes, SS316 for chamber and SS304 for jacket .

Can u explain why there is difference both in chamber and jacket make.
Usually SS316L is used for the parts having direct contact with product n 304 L for indirect.
SS 316 is required for chamber,it resist the corrosion because it contains 2% molybdenum so it prevent the contamination due to corrosion.It is costly compare to SS 304…
SS 304 is used for jacket because it has no direct contact with load and less costly.
SS 304 contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel while SS 316 contains 16% chromium, 10% nickel and 2% molybdenum.

Autoclave will used the pharma product, Utensil etc with pre-validated method of temperature & pressure which prone to corrosion effect upon surface of autoclave , Hense we need to procure SS tank with SS 316 .However no contact part of autoclave i.e. jacket layer made up with SS 304.
