We have reviewed the sop third time due to periodic review on dated 22/10/2016.previous sop was reviewed on 23/10/2014 with reviewed stamp.so what will be effective date on current annexure while there is no changes in annexure of sop.
It depends on the company policy and system you adopted but generally annexures are reviewed with SOPs.
