S. aureus, P.aeruginosa, S.typhi nor S.entrica, E.coli, C.albicans these organisms must be a involved in test.

thanksā€¦ but as in IP clostridia and shigella too are includedā€¦ so are these two organisms too be included, and if excluded what reason can be given for non- sterile API

Refer schedule M which states E. coli, Salmonella app., Ps. aeruginosa and S. aureus should be absent per 100 ml

the pathogenic test in purified water is E.Coli ā€¦ P. aeruginosa ā€¦

I have a question regarding those pathogens. In SOP it is mentioned that for pathogen use tryptic soy broth and lactose broth.Where is the refrence in USP or any other guideline. Please specify the exact refrence .i shall be thankful to you.

Hellow thereā€¦I hope in the future there will be more organisms tested for purified water,am sure there are not only the one you have highlighted there, many others are yet to be discovered.
