Is there need to define the alert and action limits every year on the basis of trend data of environment monitoring ?
It is better to update the limits if there is any major change in counts.

I have a question about environmental monitoring
in a sop named incubation condition for fungi and bacterial using SCDA said that incubate media first in 32.5 c and then in 22.5 C because it effect on gram + bacteria and help growth of slow growing microorganism but in the sop named procedure for environmental monitoring said incubate media first in 22.5 c and then in 32.5, which is right?
