Retention sample will be kept expire date + 1 year.

Thank you so much, but nothing is mentioned about retention samples of in-house rejected batches.
Retention samples are kept for future reference for the batches dispatched in the market. Rejected batches are dispatched in the market so there is no meaning to retain
Once investigation of rejected batch is over and concluded , rejected batch retention sample is to be destroyed.
