What is the core content of validation policy.
What is difference between validation policy and validation programme.

In short, policy is a statement of what shall be done. Policies are used to direct decisions, and to ensure consistent and appropriate development and implementation of Processes, Standards, Roles, Activities. Therefore an appropriate validation policy should be included the following items;

  • Purpose
  • The standard or guideline which to be followed for example; EU GMP Annex 15:: Qualification and Validation
  • Then should be given a clear address to "Five Ws and How ( I meant who, what, where, when, why, how)
    Where as Validation program just cover “When” and by “whom”
