Can we control VMP from SOP?
Yes. You can have an internal SOP on how to prepare a VMP document, how to review it when to review and revise the VMP & its attachments when required.
The attachments (all lists, schedules/calendars of qualification & validation studies) of VMP can be reviewed & revised separately whenever there will be changes in those such as addition/deletion of equipment, instrument, change in the validation schedule, etc. While the main VMP document will be the same without any change or revision.
All above aspetcs should be covered in your internal SOP of VMP.
