Sterile vs non sterile disinfectant for use in classified area

Does company have to use sterile disinfectant in classified area especially ISO 5 BSCs?
Can company use non sterile disinfectant in ISO 7 areas to mop floors and clean walls, what about ISO 5 areas, and also for transferring materials in to CLASS A, B, and C area?

Would it be considered as an audit finding?

All GMP guidelines state that disinfectants used inside Grades A , B must be sterile at the time of use

It is not a requirement to use sterile disinfectants inside Grade C , D
