Sop on cleaning and replacement of cleanig utensils like mops,brooms ? any guidelines stating about it?

Dear sir,

in our organization there is no particular sop for cleaning and replacement of cleaning utensils in intermediate and clean rooms ?it is necessary to have the sop ? please ref.any guidelines stating about it.
