Dear Kaushik, you can perform PQ with product or placebo, considering minimum and maximum load/specification/as per purpose of URS.
One batch or three batches/run can be taken into consideration as per SOP.
Criteria of sampling depends upon risk assessment.

Whatever you want to perform in PQ to prove the equipment load capacity, speed and any other requirement. it depends on you in how many batch or trial will require to prove that.
Criteria of the sampling should be define in such a way that it must justify your equipment has performed very well throughout the PQ test.
