If product A is manufacturing at one location of company , and if same machine, process and spec are there on other location of same compny than same product can be manufacturer?
Yes but all validations and qualifications will be done at that location separately.
Darate Anda filling will be required?

It will require site transfer variation for EU it will be IB or type II Variation based on complexity of mfg process.
