No need of LAF with terminal sterilizer.
LAF is not required for terminal sterilisation or even sterilised products. After filling in ampules or vials, it’s not going to change the condition inside. During fill, aseptic condition should be maintained and laminar required to reduce the risk of particles( viable and non-viable).
I think, your question is after fill and loading in to autoclave stage, right?
