With the help of blank solution we can distinguish peak from blank and sample

Peak is eluted in blank solution and same RT Should be eluted in sample solution you integrated all peak name as blank. Except main peak

Blank solutions are injected into a HPLC system to stabilise the system and to remove any peaks that may interfere with the API or Drug Product you are injecting , made in the same BLANK solution.
