how to destroy rejcted punches and dies?
Destruction of punches:deface the tip by using hammer.deface the head by grinding on grinder wheel.
Destruction of die:die bore should be damaged by hitting with tapering pin with help of hammer till original die bore shape is changed or till the die gets divided into two parts.destruction should be done in presence of QA.
