For reactor if no any documents available then what we have to do (Related to DQ/IQ/OQ)
If you have no any document related Reactor then ask to manufacturer supplier for what you need… Manufacture have all type record provide you which was sold by them to the buyer. We are sure that manufacturer of equipment will give 100 % support to you.
If you can manage that you make it your side with your ideas then prepare it and take suggestion form your team. All testing should mandatory like material testing of reactor, instrument calibration, full data of any used component in reactor, Hydrolic and temperature testing. If you done all testing then Re qualification done.
