what information i need to know before ordering new punches from a supplier?

Please follow procedure as given below,

  • Supplier qualification & approval by QA (In case of new supplier)
  • Justify reasons for ordering new punches with quantity
  • Review & approval of punches drawing
    (with proper dimensions, design,material of construction) etc by production, Engineering & QA
  • Follow procedure as per internal SOP
