Limit of sodium lauryl sulfate on equipment surface

Hello there,

We are using sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) to clean inox tray. Suppose that area of the tray is 300 cm^2, we use swab method (100cm^2) to sampling the equipment’s surface. I want to know the safe limit of SLS on the tray. Or, in other words, at what limit the usage of the tray is not a hazard to human health.

Can anybody explain me the way to calculate the limit?

Thank you for spending time reading my topic.
