You make it but routine practice is separate the incident for better understanding but you can make single incident in double case but it confused for understanding for what incident done so it batter make separate incident
Thanks for asking such a question, I would like to say something it’s all depends on the types of error if error related to same batch number analysis or in same test you can go ahead with one incident while you must logged seperate incident to other errors.
Incident is a unplaned event, for example 5 bathes are analysed in the same sequence wrong processing parameter applied fot all the batches in the sequence, we can address in single in invidents. Same type of errots like dilution, processing, method selction etc by same analyst and instrument,material can be addressed though a single incident

Single incident sufficient for give vatches,because same error, man . U can give refrence incident number for remaining batches.
