in case of investigation of incident if we didn’t fount root cause ,how incident will be closed
Root cause not identified means your investigation is not sufficient…
Without root cause you can’t get any incident…

You can use different tools to arrive at the root cause. You cannot close an incident without knowing the root cause.
It is better to combine the tool with another tool to help you determine the root cause.
