If excursion find out grade A area such as fungi and bacteria that time can i do, i rejected hall batch or Wait for sterility result, what is currective and preventive action for that how can find out root couse , and guide line for that
you could wait for sterility result because Grade A found fungi its may be any other reasons are occurred. And you do perform one more time plate exposure in Grade A again you get same excursion then only you go corrective action and preventive action.
