I have a problem with ibuprofen 400 mg tablet it’s fail in dissolution parameters can u help me how to solve it and given binding with amidon paste
U can try BCD as complexing agent
Also u can try SLS as surfactant
Try CCS As super disintegrant
At last u also can try sod.statch glycolate
All u need to take trial of 1kg bulk powder+1% of any above material & pass through required Sieve as Lubrication & compres Tablet & check it’s Dissolution
